General Comments
Probably the worst service I have encountered from an online store.

The item I ordered was out of stock (payment was taken before dispatch) and would have taken over a month over the time I requested delivery. Nobody called to mention this, also when I rang to say 'Why has the delivery date changed?" they offered to try and source the item elsewhere and call me back (which they didn't). After I called back again I was offered alternatives, all of which were not suitable (obviously not their fault).

After all of the commotion it was now the date I wanted the items delivered, I had to cancel and order elsewhere.

The refund was arranged and I was told to expect the refund in 7-10 days. On day 10 I got in touch to chase the refund. They kindly said they'd call me back later on that same day to let me know what was going on. They didnt call back so I chased again the following day. When calling back I was told that it can take up to 30 days as stated in their terms and conditions (a little over their first estimation!). I was called back later that day and told that the bank had been instructed to pay the refund and I would receive it in my account in a couple of days.

I was pleased with the outcome 2 days later, I had my money! Its a shame that it took 20 days to actually put the refund through, especially when it only took 2 days to do when I pushed them.
