“Lost it's new store gloss pretty quick”

Entrance and car park littered and dirty. So is the store. Dirty, untidy, lacking stock. Empty shelves particularly in bath/shower products. Disgusting mess on egg display. Complete mess of broken and smelly egg boxes. Staff lack any kind of customer service. One sarky staff member who I asked for help was just plain rude. Checkout lady unable to say hello or chat for reasons unknown, just lobbed products through the till at high speed without any consideration for what that was doing to the product, or perhaps to give me any time to pack. Massive snaking queue at customer services making exiting difficult. Haven't being in there for months and now I remembered why......
