“Shockingly bad company”

Truly dreadful company. They failed to deliver my item but then LIED about having left a card and then when they returned later, I refused the delivery. All invented, they never came to the house
I complained to the retailer who resent the item Royal Mail Special Delivery. I got it the next day by Royal Mail.
DX is not just incompetent, it is completely untrustworthy. The worst delivery company I have ever come across (and that's saying something).
