Good Points
Good service, nice jewellery, didnt think I would ever buy jewellery online.

Bad Points
I got my item but no paperwork, I was told to dowload online. Phone lines busy at times.

General Comments
Generally a good experience, I had to call a few times to get through the call centre to check availability and was told to order online for the quickest way to confirm. I did that and was pelased when I got the item 3 days later as promised. I got an initial pendnat with diamonds which was gorgeous.
