Good Points
Choice of holidays

Bad Points
Bad customer service could not care attitude from call centre staff, service doesn't join up with online and shops.
Customer relations don't reply to complaints

General Comments
I booked a cruise online through Thomas Cook, paid on time in shop as advised I could in my letter and because no-one answering at call centre although I was paying 10p per minute to hold on and they lost my payment for 8 weeks leaving me stressed and wondering where the £9000 I had paid had gone. Pushed from online to shop and back again lots of times. Finally resolved when I consulted a lawyer but still waiting for a reply from customer relations, which is a joke. I will never use them again
