Good Points
All round great phone, remarkably robust, great reception. Convenient On-line firmware updates from Siemens and first rate customer support deserves a mention.

Bad Points
Vibration weak. Menus take a little getting used to.

General Comments
Overall, the Siemens ME45 is a great mobile phone that I wouldn't swap for any Nokia. My only complaint is the vibration is a bit weak so it's quite easy to miss calls when it is on silent mode.
