Good Points
The reps were really helpful and chatty, always up for a laugh.

Bad Points
When we needed the rep we couldn't find him for 4 days, he wasn't always where he was meant to be.

Hotel and overall holiday was very good. The reps were really helpful and chatty, always up for a laugh. Just sometimes when we needed the rep we couldn't find him for 4 days, he wasn't always where he was meant to be.
