General Comments
They took my details as part of a booking enquiry. They asked me to go into the shop next day to confirm the booking, and to sign the credit card authorisation. I decided I could not travel and called Thomas Cook back within one business hour. They charged my credit card approximately £85 for a so-called 'cancellation fee' on a holiday I had not even confirmed! Their customer service department have since ignored my complaints for over three weeks.
