Good Points
Beautiful tones. Especially pre-Fender issues. Mid '70's D25's are the most rock solid acoustic guitar you can buy.
Bad Points
There are no bad points. Period.
General Comments
The D25 Series is the most usable acoustic guitar built. It's legacy is in the bluegrass world and marked as a workhorse of a guitar. Playability is excellent. Balance is excellent. With a set of 10's or 11's, the mixture of bright strings with the arch back bring out the absolute best in the D25. I've owned my D25 Cherry since new in 1974. It has never failed me. I will, without hesitation, stack it up against any Martin or Gibson acoustic from the same era.
