we have just returned from a seven night stay at blue dolphin and would not return,we have holidayed with haven for over 10 years but standards have dropped in all levels.issues we had are,prestige caravan was not up to scratch ie no water on first evening, complex closed down, no hot water 2 mornings, (wait for repair) electricity went off twice, swimming pool in broucher shows slides,was none, indoor pool closed due to faulty pipes 1 day, childrens entertainment was repeated, ie each character show was repeated twice, and where more interested in selling goods rather than entertaining .funstars where great and worked hard all pleasent, management and barstaff very rude and unpleasent,dealing with door staff was like dealing with bouncers at a rough night club, ie after purchasing drinks and went outside refused re entry with your drinks had to pour away,
