Good Points
easy to use, many features, value for money, light weight

Bad Points
unreliable, turn off suddenly one day and sent for repair, bought for only 8 months. Screen is too hard to read, the characters too tiny.

General Comments
The Sagem MW936 is the most unreliable mobile phone I've ever used.
