Good Points
Sound quality, but that's it.

Bad Points
Almost everything else. They took away the FM tuner that was on the H100 series! The navigation system is useless. The button layout is badly designed. It is a lot chunkier than you would expect. It's prone to faults. And last but not least, the support is shocking. I used to own the H140, but after 3 months that stopped working. I got a refund from my supplier (eventually, took nearly 2 months for Amazon to refund my money). I then bought a H340 from a different supplier. It worked despite all the failings I have already mentioned. After 9 months the battery has suddenly gone from lasting 8 months to barely lasting 2 hours! I've emailed the iRiver Euro support centre 5 times, and I have yet to receive one reply!! I am in the process of speaking to my supplier.

General Comments
I would not recommend this to anyone, I will never purchase an iRiver product again, and I can barely say one good thing about it. I gave it an overall rating of 2 because the sound quality is at least half decent. There is nothing else I can say about it that is good or positive.
