I purchased tickets for a england rugby match for my fathers 70 th birthday at £400 . Purchased trains tickets and reserved a hotel to be told 3 days before the match i received an email to say that the tickets have been voided . I have seen a number of other reviews saying that they still advertise tickets after they have sold at a higher price and if someone else buys them then they sell them at a higher price . You are unable to contact them directly and you just go around in a automated system .

Their guarantee says if cancelled they will find you similar tickets - email said no more tickets available but when i went on their website there are still tickets available

No possibility to to reclaim my travel and hotel costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS A BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!
