Good Points
In the beginning the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional.

Bad Points
Customer service, project management, scheduling and call backs.

General Comments
My pool from Anthony Sylvan Pools isn't even completed and it has been a very disappointing experience already. There seems to be very little communication between the project manager and the contractor which has caused contractors to leave the site due to not having the right equipment, not being able to do there job because someone else's job had to be done first, contractors not coming when we expected them to come. It has been 5 weeks now, I am 95% payed up, stupid me and never again!



Words can't describe how frustrating this has been especially when the weather is beautiful and the summer slowly passes by. I can't imagine what the remaining experience is going to be like.
