The worst travel agent one can imagine. They don't listen, they don't care, they are utterly incompetent and they have no clue. They would clearly admit that they don't know anything about some of the places where they sell holidays. But they don't care. They can't even book a flight! We had to correct their bookings on several occasions. But then we still have been lost in the middle of nowhere because they had CANCELLED one of the flights.
Don't go there. If you do, walk out. If you booked with them, cancel. If you are about to leave on holidays with them break your leg and cancel. Anything else can only be worse.
