As a business owner I signed up to the BT Mobile service 12 months ago (2 year contract). During this time I have had the handset swapped no less than 8 times - each time meaning I have had to stay in the office and sit around all day waiting for the swap, as opposed to being out earning the money I should be. When I asked for a different handset as fed up of swapping, they refused, so I refused to pay the bill (not paying for a service I haven't been receiving). It is now at the stage where, for a £69 outstanding balance, I have 2 options. 1 - Pay the bill, then disconnect early. Cost = over £1,000, payable up front. 2 - pay the bill, get re-connected, but then have to start my 2 year contract all over again.
They're a multi billion pound company yet money grabbing 'tards who don't care about their customers, and only how much money they can make.
