Good Points
The phone in the original bundle Nokia 6600

Bad Points
Inaccessible customer service, and poor coverage. The company has not followed the contract I first obtained through Phones 4 U when I was told I would get 3 months free line rental. I am now in month 13, and no rebate has arrived, so I suppose I need to gird my loins for a battle over that point now, that is if I can bear the thought of taking half a day off work to try to get through to them.

General Comments
My sentence is up and I can finally leave this painful and expensive relationship with BT Mobile after 12 months of contract commitment. I wanted out within a week of joining!! The customer service is a joke! They are almost impossible to get hold of, and then of course you must be prepared to always start your request from the beginning with each new voice at the end of the line.

I spent a week in Wales/Shropshire unable to contact anyone unless I headed towards England in my car to seek a signal. Even in Buckinghamshire you drift in and out, and it was a nightmare on the hands-free in the car.

I can't understand what research they actually put into running this service. I came to them from Orange, which I now know was a big loss, and an awful mistake in order to save a few quid.
