Good Points
Free calls home, that's all.
Bad Points
Coverage was OK until about six months ago when there was some change in the system. I cannot now use my BT phone at work or at home. I have "on call" duties at the hospital where I work and have had to buy a PAYG. I asked BT if they would release me from the contract and they basically said "tough luck pal!!". Takes ages to access customer support, calls frequently droppped after a long wait. Staff do not seem trained and the whole experience is awful.
General Comments
I would rather have haemorrhoids than suffer the frustration of being a BT mobile customer. It is simply not worth saving a coupe of pounds to go through the misery of using (or not using) this service.
