Good Points
Close to the beach with life guards on duty all day. Maid service was daily and very thorough.
Weather was very good and so to was the beach. Recommend trip to the Dolphinariam and Khans Tent, both trips very good value for money.
Bad Points
Lots of steps, Food, Hygeine in the restaurants, staff were very ignorant and rude.
General Comments
I stayed at the Elenite Holiday Village Villas in June 2004. There was Lots of steps, not suitable for the elderly or pushchairs. Food was not up to standard and they didn't cater for children. Hygiene was disgusting in the restaurants. Birds were nesting in the ceiling above all the tables, bird droppings were frequently on the dining tables. Cleaning was taking place during meal times and not after the meals had finished. There were only two bars in which you could get alcoholic short drinks from, not even the restaurants served them with meals. It was beer or wine. Ice-cream was only available in one place on the whole complex. In the two weeks we were there they ran out of beer twice and ice-creams. Children's pool was out of use for two days while they cleaned and filled it. The only things available at the beach bar were beer, soft drinks, hot dogs and bacon and cheese roll, which they never seemed to have! This was infested with flies all the time. All the staff were very ignorant and rude. Reception staff were not interested in helping; they just pleaded ignorant to speaking English and walked off. I could go on but haven't got time!!
