So far there have been no good points.
Customer service, hand set, cost of calls, problem with bills, not getting text messages, not being able to send picture messages.
After having major problems getting a contract because I had only had my BT lines for a month, there has been lots of problems I could not receive text messages, after about 10 calls they decided to send me a new phone, but sent me a sim card by mistake. They said they sent the phone but I only got it on the sixth attempt. The replacement phone was in a worse state than the one I sent back. BT Mobile refused to fix it so I had to send it to Motorola, who said they had lost it. I needed to get the code from BT mobile, first time I called they they missed out four digits, the next time they gave me totally the wrong number. I eventually got the phone back to find the phone had six problems, this was the replacement handset BT sent me to replace my broken one. I still cannot send picture messages and have called several times and they just cannot fix it. I have written four recorded delivery letters of complaint to the communications centre but have not had a reply. I cannot wait until July when I can leave for a proper mobile company!
