Good Points
Nice Stock Design
Wonderful Trigger
Quite for the Power

Bad Points
Some say its heavy in the butt of the stock, but i think it helps give a nice balance for the recoil

General Comments
I'm writing a review since i heard that Air Arms will no longer be making this Pro-Elite Air rifle.

Well, i've had one for 3 years, and its been the best break-barrel i can think of, yes even better than the HW-90. I'm just going to list technical information. Keep in mind these numbers are after a home tune, and proper beak-in of 1,000 shots. All numbers were achieved with Crosman Premiers (.22). Before the tune, it was about 35 fps slower, but accuracy was the same.

Velocity-850 fps

Ft/Lbs-24

Extreme Spread-2 fps

Average Group(35 yards)-.75 inch

Best at 35 Yards-.25 inch

Average Group(50 yards)-1.25 inch

Best at 50 yards-.75 inch

Decibals-95

Life of Spring-18,000 shots

(After 15,000 you will see the velocity drop around 30 fps every 2,000 shots)

Nothing else has needed replacing, in fact nothing else even shows any wear. I tune my gun once a year when I replace the spring. For the tune, i clean, polish and re-lube the internals, replace rings, and polish and lube my trigger. You do want to to general upkeep, moly the pivot, silicon on the rings, and spring lube on the mainspring. Follow AA's instuctions on when to do this.

On a personal note, i love this gun and anyone that is thinking of getting one should while they last. Please feel free to ask any other questions that come to mind. Your comments go to my email, and i'll be happy to respond
