“Rubbish ”

Was told via email tracking that my parcel had been delivered to the next door neighbours. I knew the neighbours were not even in and I would have seen the delivery guy walk past my window to get to my neighbours house, rang and spoke to the customer service team and they said they would look into it for me. They then rang back and said they had spoken to the delivery driver who was maintaining he had delivered the parcel so they closed the case after being extremely rude on the phone.

Then received a phone call from a lady in the NEXT STREET to me stating she had my parcel and it had been delivered to her next door neighbour! So glad she was an honest woman.

Would never use them again and I advise all company to stay away from them. Delivery guy obviously can't tell the difference between Ashbourne and Aysgarth..........
