ordered an item, they missed delivery appointment, leaving me waiting all day then tried to deliver on a completely separate day when I was at work and when I asked for an explanation I just got bad attitude and was dismissed and told to go and complain to trading standards if im not happy!. I'd rather burn my money than spend it with these chancers
