“very poor quality with top prices”

After reading the f/b page on f/v. It is clear I am not the only customer with the problem of arms on sofas "caving in". This and obviously an ongoing fault that f/v are failing to recognize. Trying to use a main piece of furniture with wood sticking into you is totally unacceptable. My 2 and 3 seater sofa's are only 14 months old, are taken care of and in an adult only home,and still don't stand up to normal use. The assessor has stated this is normal settlement.!!! Really. My last leather suit lasted nearly 30 years. I'll be lucky to get 30 months out of this one. Expected much better quality for the price paid. Shame on you furniture village.
You are ripping people off.
