Absolutely appalling customer service! You're kept on hold or they don't phone back. My phone is now being sent back in a worse state than it left me and I have to pay for the repair!!! Don't think so! Never ever again will I have anything to do withVirgin mobile!
Absolutely Furious!
This is the first review I've ever written, because this service is so bad I had to.
