“DON'T USE VIAGOGO - GO ELSEWHERE”

Daughter paid £96 for 1 concert ticket from Viagogo (booking fee was £19 and delivery was £10).
She was emailed on Tuesday to be informed that she has to collect her ticket instead (in Soho). Daughter had paid already for train tickets to venue (from Liverpool), the venue isn't in London where she needs to pick up her tickets. To make the matter worse they are only giving her a time slot of 5-7pm on Sunday to collect them and the concert starts at 7:30pm - her tickets are in Standing so she will be stuck at the back due to having no time to queue. That's if she can change her original train tickets to get down earlier plus find the ticket office - she's never been to Soho before!!
She has emailed to ask why they couldn't send them in the first class post as they will definitely reach her in time (for £10 delivery they could use a Courier!) or alternative could they send her an eticket. Answer was can't do an eticket as you have to have the original - no answer regarding why they won't post it.
Written twice again (wed & Thurs)- they haven't bothered responding.
Tickets were released at least 10 days ago as her friends used a different company and got their last weekend.
Please DON'T CHANCE USING THIS FIRM - USE SOMEONE ELSE otherwise it's highly likely you will be disappointed.
I suppose if you live near to Soho you'll be ok.
