All is not as it seems on this Beauty Bay website. I got a makeup artists newsletter where she gave 105 off in an endorsement, I wanted a makeup brush drying tower so I got it along with what I thought was a Blue eyeliner advertised indigo blue, it turned out to be purple!
Furthermore a red lipgloss sold as red and looked red on picture turned out to be clear pink! a carmel lip pencil was baby pink, a leave in conditioner turned out to be a rinse out one so there seems to be a pattern here.
Two products arrived damaged, spray not working, they now want me to send them back despite telling me previously they would be happy to resolve without return.
It took two weeks of non stop emails and phone calls to get this far, they do not have a working phone line, just recorded message to say they are not answering and to go to live chat, but there is no live chat option either!
Who has the time? please be aware girls and shop on other beautry websites where you are valued as a customer and they actually respond to any concerns you have promptly.
