Good Points
Some years ago I bought a solid Samsonite suitcase which is now well used and still in very good condition. I haven't used it for nearly 2 years and and forgot the combination.
Rang Samsonite and they said the simplest thing to do is for them to send me out a new lock.
Free of charge, of course.
