Countless phone calls, emails, hours and hours holding for customer service which is nonexistent. Raised a complaint, received email and phone call from complaints who did not know what they were talking about and suggested I had been contacted when I most certainly had not or I would not keep ringing.
Told to stop payments, subsequently told I wasn't allowed. Ended contract at the end of September, sent new contract a month later after disconnection requested. Still getting bills for standing charges for a meter I asked to be removed and certainly do not want. Bill after bill, email after email, phone call after phone call. Thinking of charging for my time wasted.
NEVER EVER USE, sign up for or try to contact this company. NEVER you will be totally exhausted by them - I know I am!!!!
