“Aftercare!!!!”

I spent thousands of pounds on new windows, doors and facias with this company and quite frankly the aftercare has been non-existent. Once they have your cash your on your own as they move on to their next target. What they don't realise when they have so many customers is that every single customer wants a good service and especially aftercare. Its great having a ten-year guarantee but customers want to be treated fairly and professionally when it comes to aftercare, not excuse after excuse, after excuse!!! The best part is those at the top don't bother to keep in touch once they have your money. The workforce only get given instructions from the aftercare team and management so I don't blame them. I can honestly say that I won't use this company again or recommend them to anyone - that said unfortunately I will no doubt have to use the after sales team again and again!!
