“Never use photo printing again”

Ordered 4 prints in matt finish. Got a message saying it was ready for collection. I came to the store 24 hours after receiving delivery confirmation only to find out the pictures were not there. Asked to phone me when they got them. Never received a call. Called myself and finally collected photos which were printed on gloss finish. Turns out they don't do matt.
Just awful
