Good Points
Lightweight case.

Bad Points
Developed a hole during 2nd use.

General Comments
We purchased a Samsonite Aeris on the back of the 10 year warranty. After it's 2nd use (and well within a year of purchasing the item) the case developed a hole in the shell. Despite contacting the original seller and Samsonite Head Office neither accept responsibility and the warranty is not worth the paper which it is written on. Both parties claim the fault lies with the airline handlers. We are now the sorry owners of an expensive case which is useless. Samsonite have compromised on quality and customer service is non-existant. Would never buy their product again.
