“Poor Communication between Car Hire Company and...”

95% of the rental was very good. Good deal on commencement, car was good, Budget Rental were very good. Had an issue where communication between RentalCars.com & Budget was not 100% clear, as GPS was supposed to be included, but Budget had no notification of this. We had to pay additional $98 to Budget for GPS. On our return 4 days later still waiting for BudgetCars.com to sort this out. ((hopefully it will be sorted soon))
