“Do not waste your money”

Very poor customer service, engineers are not up to scratch if you can get one. Had an emergency on the Thursday and was told that the engineer could not come out to the following Tuesday. When you do get a date from them they don't turn up. Read the small print as they use everything possible to avoid providing the service that they sell you.

They may be a little cheaper than some of the others but it not worth saving a few pounds.
