“Pointless waste of time”

I used a comparison site to get the best deal for mobile phone recycling. Music Magpie offered the best price of £118 for my old unlocked iPhone 5s 16G

I registered an account they arranged a Courier to collect the phone the following day... it took 4 days for their courier to deliver the phone too them.

Music magpie then received and assessed the phone and quickly contacted me with a revised offer of £83 as they said the phone was locked to a network ( I can assure you phone was fully unlocked) I rejected the offer and they returned the phone to me free of charge which took another 4 days to be returned.

I since sent the phone to one of their competitors received full payment for my unlocked phone within 3 days.

Pretty disappointed in music magpie regrettably can't recommend and certainly one to avoid in future.
