I have been with yhis company for three years I am moving because I am fed up with there lack of service there staff that is another story
I phone to say I was cancelling as they require thirty days I was told to phone back nearer to the time ,so I phoned again the staff member told me I was still in contract so I got fed up and put the phone down , some days later I got an email telling me I had upgraded my package and the price was going up ,so I contacted virgin again they said they had no record of me leaving what is going on you cant even get rid of this company ....
