“Utter Farce”

They can't give you a time just a day it will arrive between 8am and 8pm. So I checked my ref number and they said yep arriving tomorrow. So I waited in 12 hours, nothing. I emailed them and they said sorry best check with this other ref number tomorrow. From that day I never bought anything off the web if they were involved.
