Ordered curtains and pelmet made to measure. Assured at time of purchase that pelmet came with Velcro backing as standard(to enable fixing to existing Velcro base). Collected purchase 8 weeks later and pelmet did not have Velcro backing. Complained to store who passed the buck to head office 'customer service' who refused to phone back. They claimed that the mistake was theirs but the problem was mine. They refused to correct their problem. I wanted to use their design service for the whole house, I am so pleased now that I didn't. I will continue to use my usual department store for this...(Fishpools who give a professional and efficient service)I will never ever use Laura Ashley again.
