“Awful customer communication”

Well where shall I start,suppose it should be with the only good thing about this company an that was the sales rep that was sent.
Now for the rest of this company.Awful.The surveyor came to my house on the 13th of July,to measure for Windows and new facia,with which he said the work would start in 6 to 8 weeks. Guess what it's now the 1st of November and not one phone explaining what on earth is going on .... well that is not for the fact that I have phoned them three times and got fobbed off with the fact that really they have lost the asbestos sample that was taken. I might be a woman ,but don't even think of messing with me,you are quick enough to the money ,but the returns are poor!!!!!!!!!
