“Fastmail: good mailbox but poor support”

Fastmail is good ...when working. I like the security and respect of some privacy, that is why I accept to pay for it. But you will quickly learn than paid service does not men good support.
Support is one of the worst you could find; Slow, bad explanation. You better spend lot of time to make it work correctly on your device.
Good point is that when it is set,, it will work wel and great...
If you change your password, by a new device: problem of setting will be back.
Why don't they offer better support or better standard explanation, Mystère...
