“Good product/No Customer Service!”

Bought a bed from dogdoza. Great product but when I took the inner cushion out to wash the outer casing I found a manufacturing fault! I have Tried and Tried to contact them, phone, email and even through their returns pathway!
Not one acknowledgement or reply! Never mind any help!
Product 4 Star/Customer Service a big fat ZERO!
