Bought tickets, paid amount in full in July 2016 to fly out on 27 October. Received email ticket confirmation when I paid for the ticket. On the day I was suppose to fly out the airport told me he markhor had booked the seat but then moments later cancelled the ticket (obviously
after printing my confirmation). I have been arguing with them to return my money but the are refusing to. I have contacted consumer services, trading standards, ATOL, and spoke to the police. I will also be contacting action fraud. If you have been a victim do not let them get away with it.
