Right after placing my order I got the message from customer service saying I have to proof my ID (as my billing address is different from the delivery one).Sent all requested proofs immediately and waiting for the reply for 5 days already + nobody is replying to my reminder emails.
Money is reserved on my account by sportsshoes though...
So I have neither my shoes nor my money (as reserved)
