“Natural 750 Mattress. Hard and Can Feel Springs”

I bought the M&S Natural 750 mattress because the one I tested in the showroom felt lovely and soft (I bought exactly the same sprung divan base in the showroom also). I have had my mattress for almost a year and have not slept well once. I could feel the springs within a few days of the item being delivered. It does not feel similar to the soft mattresses I tested in a couple of M&S shops. Throughout the night, the springs seem to compress making the mattress harder and harder. It is like trying to sleep on a sack of cement. There is not enough filling. I have now moved to a bed in another room because I just cannot sleep on this thing. I don’t see how anyone could find this comfortable. I will not buy a mattress from M&S again.
