Good Points
As a person who suffers with her shoulders using the lightweight suitcase was a godsend for me.

Bad Points
The only bad point was on my return to the UK the lock broke.

General Comments
I had no problem returning it to the store in Leeds. The assistant was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to give good customer service.
