A very professional and friendly approach, a first positive experience after dealing with many other recruitment agencies over the years. The person I dealt with was very professional and extremely easy to deal with throughout the entire process. She never let me down and was constantly in contact with me and responded to any queries in a very prompt and efficient manner. She went above and beyond offering additional support, advice and guidance along with having plenty of knowledge of the sector, organisation and role she was recruiting me for.
