Rip off. The price I booked online appeared cheap. When I got there they charged me 3 times more than my booking price. All hidden fees. The staff where very rude. They also don't accept specific credit cards to trick you to pay extra excess of 100 euros plus 200 euros for deposit. The car day rental was meant to be £10 but with all hidden charges ended up being £50. I will never use them again. When I book online through othercar rental companies I will ensure that europcar are not operating the service through their behalf.
