“They Automatically take renewal premium without asking!! ”

I have just renewed my car insurance with a different company and the Post Office decided to take a years premium without asking me! When I called to say I didn't want their insurance they said it would take 10 days to give me back my money. When I complained they couldn't care less - still haven't got my money back!! NEVER USE THEM !!!
