I recently bought the Vax Rapide Pet... Its a great cleaner dont get me wrong and was great value for money! However I could not get it to suck up the dirty water once I had cleaned a spot! I kept taking the dirty water bucket off the front and putting it back on but no luck.. in the end I turned it upside down to see what was wrong... simple... the plastic moulding that has the hole in to suck up the water does not lay flush with the carpet, therefore will not be close enough to suck it up! Big design fault! The only way I could get it to work was get my sister to apply pressure on the front whilst I pulled it back over the wet patch!!



If anyone has any better resolve please advise!!



But it did clean really well!!
