From start I have had issues from my order to the sofa. The sofa arrived and within a month in start of April , the wood inside had completely broken. I though I was lucky enough to purchase the 'extra cover' for damages etc. I have been chasing this bull company for so long so many phone calls but there response time and service is an absolute shambles. I chased chased them up until somebody came out and said they will have to order the part which will take 6 weeks !!!! We are now approaching November and still yes still no response from them until I have had to go through a 3rd party complaint service. They said your part arrived just 'yesterday' what a coincidence (this was in august) and repair will be arrange soon.
No response whatsoever, again communication with them your part is on its way !!! Did it not already come 3 months ago???
The salesman ripped us off , the sofas broken one of 2 , there is stitching coming out everywhere they are not functioning and I'm ended with the extra cover plan whih I paid for and they are not doing anything. I am in the process of actually taking legal action against them as I have been treated like a piece of sh you know what I mean . Excuse my language but this is how I feel
Do not buy !!
